OnyxBerry provides web development, digital marketing, API integration, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified in your invoice or service agreement. We accept PayPal and bank transfer payments. Subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code specific to their project. OnyxBerry retains the right to use work in portfolio displays unless otherwise agreed. All third-party tools and libraries retain their respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnyxBerry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. OnyxBerry reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
