Users must access and utilize our Services solely for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. Any misuse of the platform — including but not limited to fraudulent activity, impersonation, or violation of applicable laws — will result in immediate account termination.

No Third-Party Banner Ads
Onyx WhatsApp API strictly prohibits the display of third-party banner advertisements on its platform. Users may not use our Services to deliver or facilitate third-party advertising campaigns without explicit written consent from OnyxBerry.

Account Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, devices, and connected WhatsApp accounts. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach affecting your account or our Services at [email protected].

No Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of Onyx WhatsApp API or any part of its infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

Anti-Spam Policy
Onyx WhatsApp API does not permit spamming or any form of unsolicited bulk messaging. All messages sent through our platform must be compliant with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable anti-spam laws. Users detected sending spam may have their accounts immediately terminated without refund.

Service Discontinuation
OnyxBerry reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently shut down any of its services at any time without prior notice. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for service outages or discontinuation.

WhatsApp Account Bans
OnyxBerry is not responsible if your WhatsApp account is banned, restricted, or otherwise penalized by Meta or WhatsApp for any reason. Users operate their WhatsApp accounts at their own risk and are encouraged to review WhatsApp's Business Policy thoroughly.

Malfunction Disclaimer
OnyxBerry is not responsible for any malfunctioning of hardware, software, or third-party systems resulting from the use of our Services. This includes, without limitation, data loss, system crashes, or integration failures on the client's end.

Account Suspension
OnyxBerry reserves the right to disable, restrict, or permanently close user accounts at any time without advance notice. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: violation of these terms, suspicious activity, non-payment, or any action deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

All content, branding, software, APIs, and intellectual property associated with OnyxBerry and Onyx WhatsApp API are the exclusive property of OnyxBerry Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of any part of our platform is prohibited.

Package Details & Payments
All subscription packages are offered on a yearly basis. Payments made are non-refundable once the account has been activated or the service has been used. Package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and payment gateway processing fees. OnyxBerry reserves the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes at renewal.

Data Management
OnyxBerry reserves the right to disable, archive, or permanently delete any user data on our platform without advance notice in response to violations of these terms or any applicable laws. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data. OnyxBerry shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from account suspension, service discontinuation, or platform maintenance.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. OnyxBerry reserves the right to take appropriate action — including termination of services — for any violations.
