What is the message credit system?
Each plan includes a set number of message credits valid for one year. One credit = one WhatsApp message (text, image, PDF, etc.). Credits do not roll over after expiry.
Can I use my personal WhatsApp number?
Yes! All plans support both personal and WhatsApp Business numbers. You just scan the QR code from the dashboard with your phone.
What happens if my credits run out?
API calls will return an insufficient credits error. You can upgrade your plan at any time to top up. Unused messages from your previous plan may be carried forward — contact support for details.
Is there a risk of my number getting banned?
This API uses an unofficial WhatsApp connection, which carries some risk. We strongly recommend using the built-in random delay settings, avoiding mass spam, and ensuring recipients are genuine contacts. Please read our terms and WhatsApp's terms of service before using.
Do you provide integration support?
Standard, Premium and VIP plans include email support. We also provide free PHP & JavaScript example code, a Node.js npm package, Python pip module, and a WordPress plugin.
How do I pay?
